1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jaya.bet ("jaya.bet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jaya.bet platform, including the website at jayabet.club, the jaya.bet mobile application, and all games, services, and features available through those channels.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one jaya.bet account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If jaya.bet identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering at jaya.bet. This includes your full name, date of birth, and the mobile banking number you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at jaya.bet is 10 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, however jaya.bet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests at jaya.bet are processed within 15 minutes on average. There is no minimum withdrawal amount and no fee charged by jaya.bet on withdrawals. Withdrawals are sent to the same mobile banking number used for the most recent deposit unless you have updated your payment details through account settings.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

4.5 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. jaya.bet reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of 50 BDT to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Logging in to your account reactivates it and stops any dormancy fee.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at jaya.bet are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. Game rules are displayed within each game and are available in the help section of the jaya.bet platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of that game.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. jaya.bet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Changes to stake limits do not affect bets already placed.

5.3 Bet Confirmation

A bet is confirmed only when jaya.bet's system has accepted and recorded it. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet may be voided and your stake returned. jaya.bet's records are the definitive record of all bets placed on the platform.

5.4 Voided Bets

jaya.bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, a pricing error, or any other technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to your account balance. jaya.bet will not honour winnings derived from a known error.

5.5 Game Fairness

All games at jaya.bet use a certified random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published within the game information section. jaya.bet does not manipulate game outcomes and has no mechanism to do so in real time.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jaya.bet monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or using automated tools to place bets. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus cancelled and may be suspended.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses at jaya.bet expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from your account balance automatically. jaya.bet will not reinstate expired bonuses.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance.
• Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless a bonus is specifically activated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• jaya.bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at jaya.bet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in money laundering or using jaya.bet for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jaya.bet staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the jaya.bet platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jaya.bet

jaya.bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 Balance on Closure

If jaya.bet closes your account for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. If the closure is due to a breach of these Terms, jaya.bet reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

8.3 Closure by Player

You may close your jaya.bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.
